ACCE Joins Coalition in Launching Effort to Fix California!
5 March 2010
On Friday, March 5, over sixty Southern California members of ACCE joined community and religious leaders, teachers, probation officers, school support staff, in-home care providers, and other workers providing critical public services to Californians in launching the March for California’s Future.
Friday's rally kicked off a 48-day march from Los Angeles to Sacramento to call for big-picture solutions to the unprecedented budget crisis that has devastated our schools and critical services. ACCE members from Southern, Central, and Northern California will participate in the march as it winds its way to Sacramento on April 20.
